Node discovery

Node Host endpoint

The finder reads the node's public /api/finder-status location only. Public node-location records can then propagate through the signed federation mesh. Pairing and privileged actions remain in the node console.

When the WWW is reachable, signed locality batches and map-pack manifests synchronize through Civweave's existing HTTP envelope mesh. Large PMTiles regions are advertised by URL + content hash and fetched directly from peers instead of being stuffed into relay messages. Session-only device GPS is never auto-published.
